Head of Marketing (Maternity Cover – 6–9 Months)
Cambridge (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
£70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience

This is a hands-on leadership role in a small, fast-growing tech business where you will own the full marketing mix from start to finish. You’ll be part of a two-person marketing team, fully executing strategies while working closely with sales and senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead generation & sales enablement: Run campaigns that generate qualified leads, and create materials that help close deals, presentations, product sheets, demos, case studies, email campaigns.
2. Product launches & PR: Take full ownership of product launches and PR initiatives,plan, execute, and measure success.
3. Campaign execution & optimisation: Manage multi-channel campaigns, email, social, website, digital ads, tracking engagement, conversions, and ROI.
4. Hands-on content & digital management: Create, post, and optimise content across Pardot, Salesforce, social channels, CMS, and e-commerce platforms.
