<div><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>The Workplace Incident Management (WIM) Team is searching for a WIM Investigator to join the team. In this role, you will oversee incident response for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region. This position is an individual contributor and will report to the Regional WIM Manager, EMEA Region.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assess and manage workplace incidents involving persons exhibiting inappropriate, concerning, or threatening behavior.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive threat assessments or investigations into workplace incidents involving internal or external persons exhibiting inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior.</li><li>Organize, prioritize and investigate multiple incidents concurrently as part of a caseload, with overlapping deadlines and changing priorities.</li><li>Conduct interviews of impacted employees, witnesses and/or persons of interest utilizing interviewing techniques.</li><li>Analyze CCTV video, access control systems and other data collection capabilities in response to incidents to identify behaviors, root causes, locations, potential evidence, and/or persons involved.</li><li>Use Microsoft and Adobe products, including a cloud-based case management system, for documentation of threat assessment or investigation.</li><li>Deliver detailed, well‑organized, factual and timely investigative information, reports, assessments, and presentations for internal customers and stakeholders related to workplace incidents.</li><li>Document, report, and appropriately elevate risks, threats or issues to internal or external stakeholders and law enforcement agencies as required by applicable laws.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>To be successful in this role, you must have experience in Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM), Investigations, Incident Management, Security Operations, Social Work or Law Enforcement. The ideal candidate must have a passion for helping people; experience managing multiple caseloads of varying priority; strong analytical skills; demonstrate high judgment during high‑stress situations; be an excellent oral and written communicator; and have a high degree of integrity.</p><p>Bachelors degree or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, or Business.</p><ul><li>Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Crisis Management, or a related field that involves conducting threat assessments, workplace investigations, and/or incident response.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in facility/corporate security management, law enforcement, risk management, legal, or related industries.</li></ul><h3>Equal Employment Opportunity</h3><p>Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
