As a Personal Assistant, you'll be working within the Construction Southern region team, supporting senior leaders in managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations across the business. Your day-to-day will include:
Responsibilities
* Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for the Managing Director and Sector Leads
* Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
* Preparing documents, presentations, and maintaining administrative systems
* Taking minutes at meetings and circulating them promptly
* Assisting with event organisation and supporting internal and external activities
Qualifications
* You have excellent organisational and communication skills
* You can prioritise and multitask effectively under pressure
* You are proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work as part of a team
* You have experience in a similar administrative role
* You demonstrate discretion, reliability, and respect for confidentiality
