Specialising in pallet network distribution, the business plays a vital role in the daily movement of goods across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience in a fast-paced transport office, confident in managing schedules, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate pallet network collections and deliveries using internal routing systems and TMS software Act as the first point of contact for drivers, depots, and customers via phone and email Book transport jobs accurately and ensure all system data is updated Monitor delivery performance and resolve scheduling issues efficiently Maintain compliance with internal procedures and current transport regulations Collaborate with wider operational teams to support smooth logistics flow About You Experience in a transport or logistics coordination/admin role is essential Familiarity with pallet networks or multi-drop operations is highly desirable Strong communication skills and confident dealing with drivers and clients Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and bespoke transport management systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Own transport required due to shift flexibility and location ⏰ Working Hours Standard Shift : Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch) Occasional Shift Cover : 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Saturday Rota : 1 in 4 (remote delivery monitoring - minimal hours from home) Benefits 20 days annual leave bank holidays (extra days awarded at 10 and 15 years) Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Loyalty bonus programme Seasonal flu jab scheme Bereavement leave Supportive, family-oriented team culture Full training and onboarding provided If you're a hands-on logistics professional looking for a varied and rewarding role within the pallet network sector, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
