Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of mixed-ability classrooms
Work collaboratively with year group partners, support staff, and senior leaders
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil wellbeing
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to the wider school community and ethos
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
A commitment to raising attainment and closing achievement gaps
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
