Responsibilities
* Take ownership of key client accounts, acting as the main contact and ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish
* Build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across each client’s business
* Understand client needs and challenges, turning them into clear plans and tailored solutions
* Create and present engaging proposals and presentations that demonstrate value and potential for growth
* Oversee day-to-day project progress, keeping an eye on timelines, deliverables, budgets, and potential risks
* Run regular check-ins and account reviews to gather feedback and plan next steps
* Work closely with internal teams to coordinate activity, resolve issues, and meet client expectations
* Keep up with industry changes and competitor activity, using insights to add value and stay ahead
* Help drive account profitability by supporting pricing decisions, forecasting, and spotting ways to improve margins
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
* Experience managing client relationships in B2B account, project, or customer success roles
* Confident handling of complex accounts with multiple priorities and long-term goals
* Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
* Organised and tech-savvy, with practical CRM experience for tracking and reporting
* Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across tasks and communications
* Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in fast-paced and changing environments
