The role As the primary contact for London and some of the firm’s key international offices across Europe and Asia, the Manager of Partner Recruiting will play a crucial role in lateral partner growth at the firm. You will execute the firm’s global growth strategies whilst managing the full partner recruiting experience from start to finish. Some key duties include: Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal search firms; review and negotiate fee proposals and service agreements; engage with recruiters in market conversations and those around our strategy and hiring needs. Manage candidate submissions, including reviewing and vetting with Directors of Lateral Partner Recruiting. Arrange candidate interviews and search firm meetings. Liaise with offices and departments globally to ensure smooth meetings. Administer the offer process, ensuring offer letters and contracts comply with firm policies and legal requirements. Participate in building and fostering a culture that is team and one-firm-oriented, collaborative, and committed to professional excellence. What do you need? Minimum 5 years’ legal recruiting experience within the legal sector. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across global offices. The ability to be hands on and cover your own scheduling and administrative duties. Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a focus on quality.
