Digital Systems Application Administrator
Band 4 Application Administrator role at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. Closing date: 23 June 2026.
The role supports clinical and non‑clinical systems such as OnBase, EDMS, EMIS, ICE, DMO and other systems. Responsibilities include daily system maintenance, user support, service improvement projects, administration of clinical systems, upgrade testing, and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
Main duties
* Investigate and resolve service user requests and incidents.
* Support system maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
* Assist with administrative configuration of clinical systems and peripherals.
* Assist with testing of upgrades and updates to production systems.
* Maintain and enhance the existing Applications team Knowledge Base documentation and Wiki pages.
* Perform data entry and administrative system tasks.

Qualifications
* Min 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
* ECDL or equivalent experience.
* Customer Services Qualification or equivalent experience, e.g., NVQ Customer Services.
Experience / Knowledge
* Understanding of IT uses in the wider organization.
* Experience in a service desk/customer service role.
* High numeracy and accuracy.
* Ability to analyse and solve complex issues.
* Ability to analyse and interpret data.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* NHS experience.
* Experience using Trust Clinical Systems.
