Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions for individuals and groups.
* Teach and demonstrate techniques, tactics, and rules in an age-appropriate way.
* Organise structured practice sessions that build children's skills and confidence.
* Monitor progress, giving constructive feedback and setting goals for improvement.
* Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that motivates children to participate and enjoy sport.
* Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and staff to deliver a well-rounded programme.

* Strong practical knowledge of sports coaching methods and player development.
