A market leading financial firm based in the City of London is currently looking to hire a Head of Service Design and Transformation to manage and lead an existing team. In this role you will be accountable for all IT Service Strategy functions.
Responsibilities
* Act as the most senior technology interface for all IT Service Engineering stakeholders, Service Strategy and Design, Service Transition, Asset Management and Compliance.
* Lead ITIL, Service Design and Service Transformation initiatives.
* People management and development of the Service Design and Service Excellence function.
