As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations in customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is your duty to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
