Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Business Administrator to join a successful business based in Leicester This is a permanent position The Job: Working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch break You will work alongside the other members of the team so the duties and tasks will be shared but these are some of what you will be doing: Greeting visitors as they arrive, letting staff know to come to reception and offer/make drinks Dealing with incoming calls to pass to relevant colleagues Responding to internal emails - replying to enquiries where possible or forward to relevant colleagues Data entry on internal systems and distributing relevant paperwork Entering Stock information Helping with purchase orders and delivery notes are entered onto the system Create delivery notes Booking in deliveries/collections with suppliers and customers Helping to ensure compliance to all procedures and guidelines are maintained at all times About you: Previous administration experience in a similar role is required Good experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Able to work both on own and as part of a team Good telephone manner and experienced in greeting guests/visitors Looking for a permanent position LEC03
