We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Glasgow and help deliver exceptional service to our guests from the moment they enquire to the moment they step aboard. What you’ll do Provide warm, efficient customer service by phone and email, answering enquiries and supporting guests with their booking decisions. Arrange and manage guest bookings, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. Handle and allocate payments with care and attention to detail. Check booking records to ensure guest details, requirements and preferences are fully captured. Prepare and send crew cabin allocations. Arrange taxis and transfers for guests ahead of their cruise. Liaise with crew to resolve guest questions and ensure smooth communication. Issue brochures to prospective guests. Prepare and send welcome packs to guests ahead of their departure. What you’ll bring A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality. Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly manner. Excellent organisation and accuracy when handling bookings and payments. Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment.
