Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Process customer orders accurately and promptly. Maintain and update records using Excel and CRM systems. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Provide general administrative support as required. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
