Position Profile:
We are seekingto appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic individuals to the position of Obstetrics Gynaecology Senior Registrar. This position will require the provision of high quality and patient centred care, including elective and on call commitments, to all Obstetrics and Gynaecology in-patients under the supervision of the supervising Consultant within a multi-disciplinary team. Works in accordance with the EMHS values of Kindness, Respect, Collaboration, Excellence, Integrity and Accountability. Provides training, supervision and education for Registrars, Resident Medical Officers and Interns. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, works to achieve National, State and East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) performance standards and the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards. Adheres to the policies and guidelines of the department and participates in quality improvement programs.
