An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Hernia repair team as a Sales Territory Manager to cover Scotland.

As a Sales Territory Manager, you will join our dynamic team to focus on expanding the existing customer base and introducing new opportunities across the region.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales within the territory with the goal of becoming the leading supplier of Advanced Repair & Reconstruction solutions.

About BD Interventional

BD Interventional (BDI) leads innovation in surgical, endovascular, urological, and critical care devices, aiming to improve treatment outcomes for high-burden diseases.


Main Responsibilities

* Support existing customers and acquire new ones in your territory to meet sales targets.
* Implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
* Conduct all sales activities from pain point identification to opportunity closure.
* Represent BD at congresses and events locally and internationally.
* Provide education and support to physicians and clinical staff.
* Assist in training and coaching activities with marketing teams.
* Analyze market trends to enable growth.
* Engage with KOLs to advance surgical procedures and patient outcomes.
* Maintain CRM compliance for effective territory management.


Candidate Profile

* Experience in medical sales, ideally in general theatre (not essential).
* Degree or diploma in a clinical field preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Understanding of needs analysis and solution selling.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and creative thinker.
