Role Responsibilities: Supporting students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties. Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management. Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their potential. Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience working with SEN children (school, nursery, or care setting).
