Job purpose
We are seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to join our admissions team on a full-time basis. This role will primarily focus on student recruitment, particularly engaging with prospective students from countries in Africa and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, be willing to travel to African and Middle Eastern countries regularly, and be fluent in Arabic, with fluency in other languages being desirable.
Beyond recruitment, this role involves maintaining strong relationships with the students you have recruited, as well as their families, once they join Ashbourne. The successful candidate will help ensure a cohort of 25 students from Africa and the Middle East at the college while fostering a welcoming environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Actively recruit students from Africa and the Middle East, ensuring a cohort of 25 students.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, agents, and schools.
3. Travel to recruitment countries for events and visits.
4. Provide detailed information about Ashbourne, admissions, and student life.
Relationship Management & Student Support
1. Maintain relationships with students and families from recruitment to enrollment.
2. Serve as the primary contact, offering support and guidance.
3. Collaborate with tutors and support staff for student wellbeing.
4. Organize activities and events to support student integration.
Translation & Communication
1. Translate key documents for Arabic-speaking students and parents.
2. Assist with interpreting during meetings and discussions.
3. Perform any additional tasks as directed by managers.
Administrative Duties
1. Maintain accurate recruitment records.
2. Ensure smooth transition from inquiry to registration.
3. Support application processing and administrative tasks.
4. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
