Key Responsibilities
1. Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport.
4. Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and following policies for security, safety, and stock accuracy.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty through updates on new collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
