Job Title: Service Delivery Support Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Support Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of outstanding service our customers. This role is vital in ensuring operational excellence through efficient monitoring, coordination, and administrative support.
Core Accountabilities:

Support the Service Excellence team in delivering high standards of service
*
Provide administrative support across the Service Excellence function.
*
Act as deputy for Service Delivery Coordinators when required.
Operational Support
*
Monitor all customer orders from receipt to dispatch via internal systems, ensuring daily tracking and visibility.
*
Identify and manage potential service disruptions, highlighting risks and reporting missing stores to the Sales team.
Delivery Performance & Issue Resolution:

Track and monitor all customer deliveries to ensure they are completed on time and in full (OTIF).
*
Proactively resolve delivery issues in collaboration with customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
*
Manage and resolve service-related queries in line with agreed SLAs.
*
Identify recurring patterns and work with stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement.
*
Reduce service tickets by addressing root causes and driving resolutions through appropriate channels.
Service Reporting & Communication:
*
Provide daily and weekly performance summaries to the Customer Experience team, including progress against targets and relevant commentary.
*
Ensure all delivery discrepancies affecting service levels are promptly investigated and resolved.

Support weekly achievement of service level targets through consistent monitoring and intervention
