Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs on residential and commercial buildings.
* Learn to read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
* Participate in welding and fabrication tasks as required.
* Support carpentry work related to roofing structures and frameworks.
* Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary for project completion.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
* Assist with plumbing and masonry tasks related to roofing systems when needed.
Qualifications
* A keen interest in construction and roofing with a willingness to learn new skills.
* Basic understanding of schematics, hand tools, power tools, fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, and masonry is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
