The Role:
You’ll lead the development and expansion of the organisation's global partnership portfolio, driving new commercial revenues and shaping an innovative sales strategy aligned with the organisation’s ambitious growth plans. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class partnerships model and delivering creative, high-value solutions for global brands.
Key Responsibilities Include:
 1. Developing and executing a global partnership growth strategy to attract new international brand partners.
 2. Contribute to a new approach of selling, placing emphasis on high margin rights such as branded content, social, and IP.
 3. Identify and sell new assets, campaign ideas, and experiences to drive growth.
 4. Managing and growing the sales team to ensure performance and progression.
