Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils’ social and emotional development. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children, ideally those with SEN. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
