Job Description:
Holly Court is a fifteenbed home with its own gardens, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into three separate bungalows, it boasts three lounges, three communal assisted bathrooms and three kitchen / diners. Holly Court is a happy, lively home where adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities are supported in a personcentred way to achieve their individual goals and live their best lives.
As a Deputy Manager at Hollybank, your typical duties will include:
1. Supervising a wellestablished team of Senior Support Workers, providing advice and onthejob coaching.
2. Auditing processes to ensure the ongoing safety and compliance of the service.
3. Liaising with external professionals and working collaboratively with Hollybank colleagues.
4. Working alongside the Registered Manager to maintain operational excellence within Holly Court.
5. Reviewing and auditing care plans, risk assessments, and other documentation.
6. Supporting the Registered Manager with recruitment, probationary meetings, and rota management.
