The Opportunity:
You’ll operate at the intersection of finance, legal structuring, and project funding, working on complex, high-value renewable energy investments. From day one, you’ll have visibility, ownership, and the chance to influence critical business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning financial management across UK & Ireland entities, including SPVs
* Partnering with banks, lenders, and investors to support financing structures
* Leading cash management and strengthening financial control frameworks
* Ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with GAAP standards
* Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operational teams
* Acting as a trusted business partner to both internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring:
* Previous experience in finance, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or complex corporate environments
* Strong knowledge of SPVs and financing structures
* Experience working with banks, lenders, or financial institutions
* Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
* Ability to navigate a multi-dimensional role spanning finance, legal, and operations
* A proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent communication skills
