Our client is looking to appoint a full time social worker in their Home First Team on a temporary basis of 3 months initially. This role will be mainly based in local hospitals and community work.
To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Care Wales, at least 3 years post qualifying experience as a social worker and have not left a Local Authority permanent contract within Wales in the last 6 months.
What you need:
1. A degree in Social Work or equivalent
2. Registered with Social Care Wales
3. Completed relevant post-qualifying training
4. Experience working within a hospital team
5. Car Driver
6. Enhanced DBS check
7. Excellent communication and written skills
