We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Clinical Manager to join a large, well-established nursing home in Essex on an immediate basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader to support the home in maintaining high standards of care, clinical governance, compliance, and team performance during a key operational period.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day clinical leadership across the home.
* Support and develop the nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
* Oversee clinical audits, care planning, medication management, and risk assessments.
* Work closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent clinical outcomes.
* Support occupancy, reputation, and operational performance where required.
Requirements
* You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN to apply.
* Previous experience as a Clinical Manager, Deputy Manager, or Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Available to start immediately or at short notice.
