Job Title: Litigation Partner
Award-winning firm seeks to appoint an experienced Property Litigation lawyer to join their long-standing Birmingham office as a partner.
Firm Overview
The firm has a strong reputation for property disputes work, handling matters arising from all manner of property-related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims, and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act. The team benefits from a closely aligned relationship with the firm's well-respected real estate department.
Role and Responsibilities
In this key role, you'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals, and owner-occupiers. You will help develop the profile of the team throughout the region. The role is suitable for a partner seeking a stronger platform to develop their practice or a senior lawyer looking for their first partnership role.
Candidate Profile
You should have at least 6 years PQE in property litigation, gained with a recognised commercial firm in the West Midlands, London, or another city. The firm is keen to speak to qualified lawyers (England & Wales) with strong technical skills in property litigation, a client-driven approach, and the ability to develop strong client relationships.
