Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the Tyneside area on a consultancy basis. The role is available on a part-time basis, working 2-3 days per week. Our clients provide PI insurance, admin support, and are seeking AssocRICS or MRICS individuals with experience in Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
Working hours:
* Part-time role with flexible hours
* Remote working with 1 day in the office per month
Offer for the successful Residential Surveyor:
* £40,000 - £60,000 OTE
* 60/40% split in favor of the Surveyor
* Leads provided
Residential Surveyor requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
* AssocRICS or MRICS qualification
* UK driving license
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
