About the Role
EF International Language Campus in St. Julian’s is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residence Advisor (full-time, live-in or live-out) to join our team. This is a year-round position, ideal for candidates with prior experience in residence or student services.
As aResidence Advisor, you will work closely with the Residence team to ensure that our international students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living experience. You will be an integral part of the students’ journey, helping them feel at home and supported while studying abroad.
Responsibilities
* Provide daily support and guidance to students living in residence
* Ensure a safe, clean, and positive living environment
* Act as the first point of contact for student queries, concerns, and emergencies
* Assist in organizing residence activities and fostering a sense of community
* Collaborate with other staff to deliver a first-class student experience
* Uphold EF standards and policies in residence management
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Residence Advisor or similar role (experience with EF is an advantage)
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle responsibility and act as a positive role model
* Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
* Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
