We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and 4 for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.We are currently recruiting for a passionate Assistant Head Sommelier to join our team in Cartmel. Our Wine cellar at L'Enclume combines small growers with big names including various hidden gems from around the world. Our wine team cleverly pair unique styles of wines and non-alcoholic beverages with our award winning food, and guide our guests through our extensive wine list with in-depth knowledge and passion.
