Location: Flexible on Location - hybrid working available, with travel to our Central London office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you'll be working within the Group Functions Team, supporting at least two Exco members in the delivery of our company strategy. The portfolio will be flexible and subject to change in order to meet the needs of the business.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the overall strategy, working in partnership with your ExCo portfolio on priorities.
* Proactively manage scheduling for your ExCo portfolio, including emails, calls, travel arrangements, expenses, internal client management and other company logistics.
* Support with organisation of key events for your ExCo portfolio, eg, conferences, workshops and roadshows.
* Support with co-ordination and collation of Board and ExCo papers.
* Act as custodian of your ExCo portfolio, ensuring a positive experience is provided to all internal and external stakeholders.
You will be proactive in your approach, with a strong work ethic and preference to work collaboratively.
* Experience in building strong relationships and managing key stakeholders across a large organisation is essential.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is needed, with aptitude and interest in continuous skills improvement and new software/systems.
* As a central role to the operating efficiency of ExCo across the company, you will be approachable with a natural humility, who enjoys team collaboration and moving solutions into action.
* Absolute discretion and the ability to manage volume and complexity is essential. Ability to manage conflicting commitments of your ExCo portfolio.
