What You’ll Do:
* Sell with Purpose: Use your experience to understand customer needs and offer the perfect car and add-ons.
* Drive Results: Handle a high volume of leads and turn them into sales with your engaging and persuasive personality.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)—ideally with a proven sales record.
* Passion: A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
* People Skills: An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
* Self-Starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.
* Great Pay: £22k basic, with an achievable £60k OTE - top performers are earning in excess of £85k.
* Flexibility: Two days off every week.

Hours:
* 5 Days Per Week
* Monday to Friday: 9am – 7.30pm
* Saturdays: 8.30am – 6pm
* Sunday: 9.30am – 5pm
