Service Coordinator – Building Services Location: Paisley Salary: £29,000 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Shifts: 8:00am–6:30pm and 9:30am–8:00pm Contract: Fixed Term Contract Are you an organised, people-focused Coordinator looking to join a fast-paced building services team? Our client, a leading engineering and building services provider based in Paisley, is looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to support their operations and ensure a high level of service for customers and engineers. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate engineering resources effectively and assess operational demands to maintain a balanced and efficient workflow. * Prioritise, allocate and organise daily workloads for the engineering team to ensure all deadlines and service requirements are met. * Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally, escalating matters to the Duty Manager where necessary. * Support the delivery of customer KPIs and contract commitments, ensuring performance targets are achieved. * Liaise closely with internal teams, including Systems, to maintain consistency in system use and data accuracy. * Understand customer contracts and help deliver against key service metrics and expectations. * Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance service desk processes and assisting in the implementation of positive changes. * Work collaboratively with the Customer Support team when required. * Carry out additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the department.
