Field Sales Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar PV & Heat Pumps)
Location: South East England, field based with flexibility to work remotely.
Salary: £35,000 basic + £50k–£60k OTE + Car/Allowance + Fuel Card

Now we're on the hunt for a Field Sales Managers to supercharge our Air Source Heat Pump and Solar PV divisions and help shape the future of home heating across the South East.
What You'll Be Doing
* Work hot inbound leads (via partners, website, utilities) and generate new business through events and outreach.
* Meet homeowners, carry out consultative sales visits and heat loss surveys.
* Create tailored renewable energy proposals (heat pumps, insulation, solar PV).
* Close deals and manage your pipeline from proposal to installation.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3+ years in renewable energy / heating / plumbing (sales, installation, design, or service).
* Strong knowledge of air source heat pumps and energy efficiency solutions.
* A natural consultative seller with great customer engagement skills.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South East.
* Bonus points: Domestic Energy Assessor qualification or strong knowledge of building fabric/energy efficiency.
