Opportunity



We are a fast-growing IT reseller with ambitious expansion plans, seeking a high-performing Account Director to join our team in Twickenham. This is a genuine opportunity for a driven sales professional to capitalise on warm, qualified leads and build a highly lucrative career with uncapped earning potential.

RVT360 Technology Assessment Platform



We are also launching RVT360, our proprietary technology assessment platform designed to help clients better understand their current technology estate, identify risk, and uncover improvement opportunities.



RVT360 supports a more consultative, data driven sales process, enabling Account Directors to lead higher‑value conversations, differentiate in competitive opportunities, and accelerate deal progression.


The Role



As an Account Director, you will take ownership of developing and growing revenue across a mix of inbound opportunities, existing relationships, lapsed accounts, and self‑generated new business.



The role requires a proactive, commercially minded sales professional who is equally comfortable capitalising on qualified demand and identifying, targeting, and converting new customers through structured outbound activity.


You Will



• Convert warm, qualified B2B leads into high value opportunities.

• Proactively identify, target, and engage new prospects within defined markets.

• Build long‑term relationships with senior decision makers across SMEs and mid‑market organisations.

• Use RVT360 and vendor led solutions to deliver insight led, consultative sales engagements.

• Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition, account development, and upselling.

• Maintain a robust pipeline aligned to personal and company revenue targets.

• Represent RVT as a trusted advisor, not just a supplier.


What We’re Looking For



We are specifically seeking candidates with proven experience in a reseller environment.



Essential:

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales within an IT reseller / telecoms / mobile reseller environment.

• Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities, not solely rely on inbound demand.

• Strong track record of closing deals from warm and cold leads.

• Experience selling IT solutions, telecoms, mobile, or related services.

• Highly motivated by commission and high earnings potential.

• Confident, professional, and commercially astute.

• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.

• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.



Desirable:

• Experience working with SMEs and mid-market clients.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, telecoms, or mobile solutions.



What We Offer



• £40-50k base salary

• £100,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

• Genuine earning potential of £150k–£200k+
