We’re representing a globally recognised manufacturer of heating and ventilation systems, renowned for technical excellence, innovation, and sustainable building solutions. The business is launching a brand-new, cutting-edge training academy at its Southern UK office - the first of its kind in the UK - developed in collaboration with leading industry bodies and aligned with current standards.
We’re looking for a Training Manager to shape, lead, and grow the Academy. In this role, you’ll deliver technical training on ventilation and heating solutions to internal teams and external partners, develop structured and innovative training programmes, act as the go-to technical authority, and represent the business with universities, institutions, and industry bodies. You’ll lead the Academy’s strategy and day-to-day operation, drive digital learning initiatives, and ensure training supports regulatory, sustainability, and commercial objectives.
The ideal Training Manager will have experience delivering technical training within HVAC or building services, strong knowledge of ventilation systems and the ability to engage a wide range of audiences. You’ll be confident developing learning content, presenting technical content, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-moving, technically driven environment.
The Training Manager will receive:
* £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
* Company bonus
* 25 days plus Bank Holidays (and day for birthday)
