Gap Construction are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality refurbishment, alteration, and major works projects across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead surveying and contract administration across projects
* Undertake building surveys, feasibility studies, and provide technical advice
* Prepare and review specifications, tender documentation, and contracts (JCT)
* Manage defects, variations, and project communications
* Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing
Qualifications
* Experience in Building Surveying, including refurbishment or social housing
* Contract Administration experience with JCT contracts
* Strong technical knowledge of construction and refurbishment works
* Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
