An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated admin assistant with an HNC or SVQ III in an office/administrative related subject or equivalent admin experience to join the Keep Well team.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of various software systems, office procedures, Microsoft Office packages, email, the internet, and a working knowledge of IT and databases.
Keep Well is a community-based early intervention service providing person-centred, health-focused assessments, health-promoting conversations, and support to inspire health behaviour changes and prevent disease. It targets the most vulnerable in society to reduce inequalities in health and improve health and employment retention throughout Forth Valley.
The candidate should have experience and confidence in dealing with people at all levels within and outside the NHS, excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, a good telephone manner, and effective listening skills. The ability to accurately note directions/issues, prioritise workload, use initiative, tact, and diplomacy is essential. The role requires working accurately under pressure in a busy environment, with a flexible approach, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the service delivery area are essential.
