Sales Broker - High-Performance Inbound Sales | £80k–£100k OTE
Location: Central London
We’re partnering with a fast-growing specialist brokerage in Central London that is expanding its high-performance sales team.
This is a phone-based inbound closing role suited to ambitious, money‑motivated sales professionals who thrive in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments.
You’ll be handling warm inbound enquiries from high‑net‑worth individuals, following a structured sales process and converting opportunities into completed deals.
This is not an account management role. It’s a high‑output sales environment where consistency, resilience and communication skills directly impact earnings.
The role
* Handling a high volume of inbound investor enquiries
* Building credibility and controlling conversations over the phone
* Following a structured, proven sales framework
* Managing objections and closing deals
* Working towards daily activity and revenue targets
* Performing in a fast‑paced, highly accountable sales environment
