In 2025, we’re relaunching our platform, rebuilt from the ground up to deliver a significantly enhanced user experience, unlock major efficiencies for customers, and enable expansion into new verticals and markets. This transformation is central to our next phase of growth and will require careful customer migration, precision in market messaging, and an ambitious go-to-market approach. Role Overview This is a new and critical hire within our team, focused on repositioning the VU.CITY platform, migrating existing customers, and expanding into new industries and geographies. As Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for our new platform, shaping how we communicate the value of VU.CITY to the market and how we support adoption across new and existing customer bases. You’ll craft compelling positioning, drive product adoption (from first use to full engagement), and support revenue growth through customer insights, enablement tools, and demand generation campaigns. You'll collaborate across product, tech and commercial teams to ensure alignment between product development and market needs. Key Responsibilities Platform Relaunch & Migration: Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for our new platform, including messaging, launch communications, and customer migration planning. Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and lead go-to-market strategies for platform launches, feature rollouts, and commercial initiatives. Positioning & Messaging: Define and evolve VU.CITY’s positioning and messaging framework to ensure clarity, differentiation, and resonance with target segments. Market & Customer Insights: Conduct research and interviews to surface insights that inform product strategy and marketing execution. Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales collateral, battle cards, presentations, and training resources to support revenue teams. Product Adoption & Retention: Partner with the account management team to improve onboarding, engagement, and customer communications to drive adoption and reduce churn. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and market dynamics to refine messaging and uncover opportunities for differentiation. Content Leadership: Oversee product-related content, including thought leadership, case studies, and customer stories. Demand Generation Collaboration: Work with marketing colleagues to ensure product positioning is well represented across campaigns and lead-generation initiatives. Performance Measurement: Track and report on product marketing KPIs including adoption rates, retention, campaign impact, and customer feedback. Requirements 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a SaaS or proptech environment. Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, messaging development, and customer journeys. Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value. Experience with platform launches and managing customer communications and migrations. Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills. Analytical approach and familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and product analytics platforms. Understanding of the built environment industry (urban planning, real estate, architecture, or infrastructure) is a plus. Why Join VU.CITY?
