Primary School Maths Teacher

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Primary Mathematics Teacher to:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated maths lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
* Use a variety of teaching strategies (e.g., mastery, practical work, visual models)
* Regularly assess progress using formative and summative methods
* Track attainment, identify gaps, and implement targeted support
* Foster a love of maths through real-world problem-solving, maths games, and cross-curricular links
* Collaborate within the maths team to share best practices
* Maintain strong communication with parents/carers regarding progress
* Contribute to the wider school community (e.g., clubs, events, educational trips)
You Should Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching mathematics in primary classrooms
* Strong subject knowledge across the UK National Curriculum
* Ability to differentiate effectively for mixed-ability classes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children and adults
* Creative mindset to design engaging and meaningful maths activities
* Commitment to safeguarding, equity, and inclusive education
