Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities
* 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
* PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
* Experience with PSS cloud and GDS understanding is preferred.
* CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across systems.
* Detail-oriented with quick learning ability regarding new concepts, models, and technologies.
* Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate within a team to solve business and technical problems.
* Serve as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
* Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints.
* Assess client requirements, co-create future visions, and map to Salesforce solutions.
* Provide guidance on target architecture, phasing, and transition planning.
* Offer domain expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform.
* Assist in building CRM strategies and roadmaps, supporting both quick wins and strategic goals.
* Work with complex business requirements, design, and configure solutions.
* Collaborate with technical teams to determine solution details and value.
* Review design blueprints and identify potential issues or risks.
* Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
Summary
* The Solution Architect acts as an industry expert on the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, aligning it with enterprise architecture in the public sector and energy/utilities industries.
* Requires a strong industry knowledge and the ability to discuss future trends and challenges, providing Salesforce insights.
* Uses a consultative approach to understand requirements and develop technical sales strategies and solutions.
* Subject matter expertise may include business strategy, architecture, data, integration, security, cloud, mobile, and analytics.
* Helps determine Salesforce technology leverage and design product roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
