Key Details:
* Payment: PAYE on a weekly basis on Timesheets through Teaching Personnel (no umbrella company or agency fees).
* Role: Full-time with an ASAP start.
* Salary: Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685).
* Registration: Required with Teaching Personnel.
* Contract Opportunity: Move onto a school-based contract following a successful trial period.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons tailored to the needs of students with a range of SEN.
* Implement and adapt the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to meet individual learning requirements.
* Utilise PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) to support communication for non-verbal students.
* Provide a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering social and emotional development.
* Team Teach training is highly valued; ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
Requirements:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
* Proven experience in SEN settings.
* PECS and Team Teach training is advantageous.
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service. This can be applied for through Teaching Personnel.
