Position Overview:
As a Field Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field operations and CMC to meet service delivery performance targets. You will be responsible for performing quality reviews of visits created for Device Wearers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your efforts will directly contribute to protecting the public and enhancing the lives of individuals across our community.

Hybrid - Warrington
Business Unit: Field Analyst - Qualification Team
Shifts: 8am to 9:30pm (8.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break) on a 5 days from 7 schedule, including bank holidays and weekends.Key Responsibilities:
Check and qualify tasks on the tasking system, adhering to all contractual requirements.
Liaise with Field Support Officers (FSOs) regarding equipment management requirements or issues.
Support internal and external customers to maintain high standards of performance.
Assist Field Control Officers and Operational Support Officers with various queries.
Review and process Device Wearer Risk with precision.
Meet all internal and external service levels consistently.
Adhere to established processes and procedures.
Raise and report any performance or individual issues to your Team Manager.
Communicate any major issues or failures to all relevant managers promptly.What We're Looking For:
