Are you a high-performing recruiter ready to step into a senior, delivery-focused role within executive search?
Middlemore is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our Birmingham office and play a pivotal role in delivering high-level search mandates across the Human Resources discipline - from HR Business Partner roles through to C-suite appointments.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-achieving team that generates over £2.8 million in annual search mandates, giving you instant access to an established client base and an impressive portfolio of live assignments. This is your chance to focus on exceptional delivery of both permanent and interim opportunities, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement, supported by one of the most effective business development teams in the industry.

The Role
-Manage full executive search processes from brief to offer across the Human Resources discipline.
-Partner with clients to advise on search strategies and deliver efficient, insight-led solutions.
-Run multiple high-level assignments concurrently - balancing pace, precision, and professionalism.
-Identify and engage top-tier passive candidates through headhunting and strategic networking.
-Represent the Middlemore brand with authority, delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.
-Leverage close collaboration with our business development experts to maintain a strong pipeline of executive search opportunities.
-Deliver to clients across the UK, US, and Europe, primarily within the financial services market.
What We’re Looking For
-Proven track record of billing success in executive search or commercial recruitment.
-Expertise in either Human Resources, Financial or Professional Services recruitment.
-Digitally confident and proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems.
-Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple senior-level searches simultaneously.
-Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and the confidence to influence at C-suite level.
-Relationship-led approach — driven by quality, trust, and long-term partnership building.
