TheOpportunity:
Rovco are recruitingan Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer and thewider Sales team.
The Executive Assistant must bea creative selfstarter and enjoy working in an environment thatdrives transformation. It is a missionfocused resultsdrivenorganisation.
The ideal individual will be ableto exercise good judgement in various situations with strongwritten and verbal communication administrative and organisationalskills. The ability to maintain a realistic balance amongpriorities is a must.
You must be able to workindependently on projects from conception to completion and must beable to work under pressure at times to handle various activitiesand confidential matters withdiscretion.
Wework in an exciting and dynamic environment where every day islikely to be a little different but here are some of the mainresponsibilities you will have in therole:
* Working directlywith the CRO to support all aspects of their daily workroutine
* Maintain the CRO calendar includingscheduling meetings appointments travel (may include domestic andinternational) arranging dinners social events and any publicappearances
* Managing expenses for the CRO andtheir team
* Organise and attend select meetingstake notes capture action items and ensure followthrough
* Support the CRO and the Sales team withgeneral administrative duties such as preparing memos lettersinvoices and other documents
* Quality checkingproposals and external correspondence foraccuracy
* Managing phone calls taking messagesand supporting external visitors orguests
* Adhoc office management responsibilitiessuch as organising office layout being a point of contact for anyoffice space related issues or requests
* Dealwith highly sensitive and confidential information appropriatelydemonstrating a high level of emotionalintelligence
* Provide support to the BusinessSupport team working closely with the EAs and offering cover whenrequired
Youshould apply if you have experience in a similar PA or EA rolesupporting a Sales Executive or Director. With proven experience inengaging and communicating with business stakeholders at seniorlevels as well as sales teams.
