Role Overview As the EYFS Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons for Nursery and Reception pupils. Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Observe, assess, and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and carers. Work closely with colleagues to develop the Early Years curriculum and share best practice. Embed the school’s Catholic ethos and values throughout classroom activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in EYFS, ideally in a faith-based or Catholic school. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum, assessment, and child development. Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching young children. Ability to work collaboratively and support the school’s ethos and values.
