Description
* Supporting the finance team in preparing and maintaining financial records.
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Participating in the annual budgeting process.
* Processing invoices, reconciliations and expenses claims.
* Complying with all regulatory requirements within the property industry.
* Assisting with auditing processes.
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects as required.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A solid educational background in finance or a related field.
* A strong interest in the property industry.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
