CX Engagement Solutions Manager

Qualifications and experience
* 7+ years of proven experience in leading CX transformation projects
* Significant industry/domain experience across various sectors
* Customer experience design, customer journey mapping
* Implementation of Conversational AI in CX workflows
* Strong expertise in one or more CCaaS solutions such as NICE, Genesys, AWS
* Ability to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across channels like voice, email, chat, social media, and SMS
* Experience leading large technology-driven organizational change initiatives
